Over the past several seasons, all Norfolk minor hockey associations have made a concerted effort to keep registration costs stable—despite rising ice rental and operational expenses. Unfortunately, ice costs are once againincreasing for the coming season, alongside continued rises in referee fees and other essential services.
To ensure we can continue offering a high-quality, safe, and well-supported hockey experience for all players, we have made the difficult decision to adjust registration fees accordingly. These changes reflect only a portion of the increased costs being incurred.
We appreciate your understanding and continued support, and we remain committed to providing an affordable and enriching hockey program for our community.

PARENTS OF FIRST TIME PLAYERS:
The Respect in Sport Parent Certificate must be completed by one parent before you are eligible to register your player. If you have already obtained a certificate for this program for an older sibling you can link their profiles without having to complete the program again. The RIS certificate takes approximately 1 hour to complete at a cost of $12.
Please Note:
*** When you are entering your child's information into the Parent Respect in Sport portal it will ask for your association. There is a drop down tab with a long, alphabetical list of the OMHA associations, please select NORFOLK.***
All 3 of our local league associations now fall under the Norfolk umbrella. This will allow you to register with Port Dover after you complete the Parent Respect in Sport.

Please be advised that the OMHA requires a copy of your player's birth certificate AND proof of residency (parent's valid driver's license or utility bill that shows date and address) before players can step on the ice. You can download a copy of these document to your player's profile during registration.
