Subject: Update on U18 and U13 Registration – Capacity Reached
Dear Families,
The Port Dover Minor Hockey Association would like to thank you for your overwhelming support and interest in our upcoming season.
Due to higher-than-anticipated registration numbers, we have now reached full capacity in both our U18 and U13 divisions. As a result, we regret to inform you that we are no longer able to accept new registrations for these age groups at this time.
We understand this may be disappointing news, and we truly apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please know that this decision was not made lightly, and it reflects our commitment to maintaining a safe, organized, and enjoyable experience for all of our players.
