OMHA COVID-19 Vaccine Policy

Earlier today Ontario Minor Hockey Association the governing body of PDMHA and many other associations in the province of Ontario announced their COVID-19 Vaccine Policy.

OMHA will be mandating that all eligible participants involved in minor hockey are fully vaccinated for COVID-19 for the upcoming season.  All eligible participants are required to be fully vaccinated by October 31, 2021. Please click on the link below to read full policy.
