For anyone interested in Coaching with Port Dover Minor Hockey, the applications are found on the website at pdmha.com under the Coaches Corner or PDMHA Forms tabs.  Head coach applications are due Sunday, June 26th at 830pm.  Follow the instructions on the application to apply.
